1. Log in to your account
To begin the download of your logo, scroll up to the top of the page. Click on “My Account”.
Fill in your information to log in with the same email that you placed the order.
**If you forgot your password, click on “Lost your password?” and reset your password. Make sure to look in your spam folder.
2. Navigate to “Orders”
When inside your account, please click on the link labeled “Orders”.
Search and find the “Order Number” that is for the logo that you want to download. Click on “Download Your Logos”.
This will cause your logo to download in a Zip file.
3. Download Your Customized Logo
Your logo is downloaded in a ZIP file. This is like a container for all your files.
Double-Click on the ZIP file. This will open it.
Double Click on the folder inside.
Your logos will be here.
Drag them to your desktop or wherever you need them.

2. Change the logo using HD Editable logo files:
